Twenty-year-old medical orderly Sergey Glukhikh from Kamensk-Uralsky was fined 3,000 rubles. He had to resign from the city hospital because he was “harassed there,” his defense lawyer said.

The administrative protocol was drawn up due to a Google image search for the query “Azov brigade.” The medical orderly searched for this information on the morning of September 24 while riding a bus to work.

On the same day, Glukhikh was detained by FSB officers. While he was still on the bus, unknown individuals called him and suggested meeting near the hospital where he worked to discuss the possibility of alternative civilian service.
